So after make a fresh install of mac osx leopard on my mac pro the another hardrives are having problems in disk permissions, some programs don't open the files because of permissions so there is a solution:
I have a Mac Pro at home and I'm using a Macbook Pro on the street. I like to have server services for access, like VPN, iCalc Server, File Sharing, FTP, AFP. So instead to install all this services on Leopard client or make a dual boot with OSX Leopard Server. So i have install OSX Leopard Server as a primary OS and i have all applications that i have use at OSX Leopard Client and everything seams to work so far.
One thing i have learned is better to install and setup a primary account as Administrator, and later add a user account for work. so if you have any problems you login as a Administrator and resolve the problem instead of reinstall the OS.
For setup a good setup install Leopard Server as a Advanced and don't add any service. I have found a very good Tutorial to setup Leopard Server DNS and Open Directory:

After you do this you can add OSX Clients and to laptops a good thing to use is mobile account that will be in sync with the Server.
